Each column in the GLSU spreadsheet represents an SAP data element for posting. There are columns for each header and detail field which need to be entered. GLSU allows you to customize which SAP data elements are available on your spreadsheet. Each user or department can use GLSU in a way that is intuitive for them.

Select Fields Dialog Use the point-and-click "Select Fields" dialog box to add any existing FI field to your spreadsheet, including PA characteristics and custom fields.	Customize by Department Different departments in your organization can create their own "custom" GLSU templates to perform their unique tasks more efficiently. Everyone can use GLSU in the way that makes the most sense for them.
