Create Budget Worksheets:

Budget Loader walks you through the creation of worksheets which will successfully call SAP planning transactions. Based on the specific transaction, Budget Loader will display the appropriate fields which you can arrange to your liking.

Edit Worksheets:

Once created, Budget Loader will let you add/delete and change fields as necessary to solve your data entry problem.

Upload Plan Information:

Using your own formulas and algorithms in the spreadsheet, you can now upload these values to SAP using the "Process" function on your Budget Loader menu item.

Download History:

You can download either plan or actual history into a separate worksheet of your Budget Loader workbook. Use this history as the basis for calculating your new plan or reforecast.

Simple Security:

Budget Loader does not add security concerns for your IT staff. Budget Loader contains no internal security functionality of its own. It uses the existing SAP security profile of the user to determine if the user is authorized to "post" the budget information. There is no double-work for security.

Retrieve Texts:

You can choose to include master data texts as field in your worksheet. If displayed, you can then have Budget Loader automatically populate the appropriate texts. For example, you could include the texts for account number and cost center, and Budget Loader would place those descriptions in the appropriate fields without you doing any data entry.

Default Labels:

You may use unique nomenclature in your budgeting process. Any of the Budget Loader descriptive texts can be defaulted to new values if necessary.

Simplified Installation:

Budget Loader can now be installed using the ZBUDL transaction in SAP.

Template Distribution:

Budget Loader "templates" can be uploaded to the ZBUDL transaction for easy distribution to your organization.
