Return code 16 on import of GLSU transport

If you receive an error similar to the following (file
position number may be different) when importing your
GLSU transport in the Transport Management System:
"===> HALT: unexpected EOF (file position 140946). Please
contact the SAP support."
Most likely you need to update your "tp" and "r3trans"
executables to the latest version. Your BASIS administrator
is responsible for this type of patch. Please see OSS Note
19466 for instructions on downloading a patch from SAP.
