Question: Activate New Users (PCROTTY)
I have added a new user to the ZGLSU, but the user still could not access to this transaction. I have no problem with the setup with other two users. Do you know what could possibly cause this problem? Would it be something to do with the security profile of this particular user?

If you cannot even get to the initial screen of GLSU
then it is most likely the users security profile.
After they execute ZGLSU, if the user enters a "/NSU53"
and takes that to your security administrator they should
be able to fix the user profile.
After checking our records, we indicate that you need
to update your license on your SAP system. Please use
the following link to do so:

If there is a user number/license discrepancy, updating
the license will resolve that error as well.
