Excel will not start

Symptom:
MS-Excel will not start. Excel is supposed to reset the commands/buttons/menus to their normal state. In some circumstances, this does not occur and Excel saves the remaps when you quit Excel.
Solution:
From the "Start" menu in Windows --> select Find -->
Files or Folders.
Enter "Excel.xlb" - this file holds all of the button/toolbar/menu customizations made to Excel.
Delete the "Excel.xlb" file - NOTE: This will delete all buttons, toolbar, and menu change customization in Excel - do NOT do this unless Excel will not start at all.
Reinstall eZIO (any purchases you made will be kept)
