When using eZIO you receive the message "1004 - Programmatic access to Visual Basic Project is not trusted"

Symptom:
When using eZIO in Excel XP you receive the following
error message:
"1004 - Programmatic access to Visual Basic Project
is not trusted"
Solution:
On the Excel menu bar Select Tools --> Macro -->
Security. Click the tab "Security Level" and Select
radio button "Medium"
Select Tab "Trusted Sources" and Select checkbox
"Trust Access to Visual Basic Project"
Close Excel and then Restart Excel
