When starting Excel for the first time you receive message "Compile Error: Can't find project or library"

Symptom:
When starting Excel for the first time you receive message "Compile Error: Can't find project or library"

Solution:

1. Click "ok"
2. Click the square stop botton on the toolbar at the top
3. Click "Tools" -- > "References"
4. De-select the "MISSING: Z Option eZIO Support DLL"
5. Click "ok"
6. From the menu select "Debug" --> "Compile ZOptionEZIO"
7. You will get a compile error - click "ok"
8. Click "Tools" --> "References"
9. Scroll down to the very bottom and select the check the box labeled "Z Option eZIO Support DLL" Click "ok"
10. From the menu select "Debug" --> "Compile ZOptionEZIO"
11. From the menu select "save"
12. Click "File" --> "Close"

For NT Operating Systems only:
You may need to re-add the add-in

1. Select "Tools" -- > "Add-ins"
2. Select "Browse"
3. Select your c:\winnt directory
4. Double Click "Z Option eZIO.xla" Click "Ok"
5. If it asks you to replace say, "yes"
6. The "eZIO" menu should now appear in your Excel menu
